Wilbury Biotechnology Center offers more than 57,000 square feet of lease space, which is comprised of
state-of-the-art laboratories, high quality offices and the space for build-to-suit options. Majority of
the office space can be leased as is. Most of the lab spaces are to be designed and build-to-suit clients’ operational needs.
As-is:
The as-is general office space is mostly suitable for companies that need 300 or more square feet of space.
The rooms are generally spacious, with 9 feet ceiling and carpet flooring. General office space is open
to tenants of all business sectors with very competitive rate.
Build-to-suit:
WBC offers tenants with any special needs with build-to-suit option. Currently all laboratory space in WBC
are leased to existing tenants. For new tenants that need laboratory space, WBC will provide professional
assistance in planning and rebuilding of their unique laboratory space. The rate of lease varies depending on
the cost of each specific renovation.
